  • 1 Celery Stalk, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Small Carrot, Peeled & Finely Chopped
  • 1 Medium Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
  • 400 G Chickpeas, Rinsed And Drained
  • 400 G Chopped Tomatoes
  • ½ Tsp. Ground Cumin
  • ½ Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ Tsp. Ground Paprika
  • ½ Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 850 Ml Vegetable Stock
  • 10 G Fresh Mint Leaves, Chopped (Optional for Garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the celery, carrot, onion, and crushing the garlic.
  2. In a soup maker or saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, celery, and carrot for about 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Add chickpeas, chopped tomatoes, spices (cumin, cinnamon, paprika, cayenne), and vegetable stock. Blend partially or fully according to your texture preference.
