Ingredients
- 2 sheets Puff Pastry Sheets
- 2 cups Fresh Spinach, chopped
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté chopped spinach in olive oil until wilted. Allow cooling before mixing with ricotta, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
