Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs, apple cider, and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; stir until just combined.
- Drop rounded balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
