Ingredients

  • 10 figs, halved
  • 10 oz seedless grapes
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 ½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 block Greek feta cheese
  • ½ to 1 tsp Aleppo pepper
  • Fresh thyme sprigs
  • Baguette, sliced and toasted (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine halved figs and grapes with balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and half the honey. Transfer to a baking sheet and roast for 8 minutes.
  3. Add the block of feta to the center of the baking sheet. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and honey, sprinkle Aleppo pepper, and place thyme around the feta.
  4. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes until grapes burst and figs soften.
  5. Broil the feta for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with toasted baguette slices.
