Ingredients
- 10 figs, halved
 - 10 oz seedless grapes
 - 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 - 2 ½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 - 1 block Greek feta cheese
 - ½ to 1 tsp Aleppo pepper
 - Fresh thyme sprigs
 - Baguette, sliced and toasted (for serving)
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
 - In a mixing bowl, combine halved figs and grapes with balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and half the honey. Transfer to a baking sheet and roast for 8 minutes.
 - Add the block of feta to the center of the baking sheet. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and honey, sprinkle Aleppo pepper, and place thyme around the feta.
 - Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes until grapes burst and figs soften.
 - Broil the feta for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with toasted baguette slices.
