  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (fan-assisted).
  2. Remove casings from beef sausages and mix with apple sauce, dried apples, thyme, and sea salt in a bowl.
  3. Cut the puff pastry in half lengthwise and fill each strip with the sausage mixture.
  4. Roll tightly, seal edges with beaten egg, and cut into desired lengths.
  5. Brush tops with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds before placing on a lined baking tray.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
