  • 1/2 cup keto chocolate chips (divided)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup allulose
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C/350F and line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper.

  6. Gradually mix in dry ingredients to form thick brownie batter; fold in remaining chocolate chips.
  7. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan and bake for 14-18 minutes until a skewer comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Cool for 20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting.
