- 2/3 cup cold butter

- 1/3 cup sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 oz. mascarpone cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- ½ cup + 2 Tablespoons caster sugar
- 2 Tablespoons corn starch
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 and 2/3 cups blueberries
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 teaspoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugars, and lemon zest. Add cold butter; mix until grainy.
- Incorporate eggs and vanilla until combined; press two-thirds into the pan for the crust.
- For the filling, combine cream cheese, mascarpone, sugars, corn starch; add eggs gently.
- Layer half the filling over crust; sprinkle with blueberries. Top with remaining filling and blueberries.
- Bake for 65–75 minutes until golden brown. Cool gradually before glazing.
