Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 60g butter
- 50g brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon salted caramel
- 150g yogurt
- 250g cream cheese
- 70g powdered sugar
- Half a tonka bean (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
- 150g almond speculoos cookies
- 40g sliced almonds
Instructions
- Wash and chop the apples into bite-sized pieces. Melt butter in a large pan, then add apples, brown sugar, and salted caramel. Cook for about 5-6 minutes until the apples are soft and caramelized.
- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, cream cheese, powdered sugar, grated tonka bean (if using), and Ceylon cinnamon until smooth.
