 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
 - 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (or more to taste)

Instructions
- Blend the cold water, lime wedges, and granulated sugar in a blender until smooth.
 - Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl, discarding any pulp.
 - Rinse the blender, then return the strained lime juice to it and add sweetened condensed milk. Blend again until frothy.
