Ingredients

- 1 cup Brown Sugar

- 1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Kataifi (Shredded Phyllo Dough)
- 1/2 cup Pistachio Cream/Butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the salted butter until it turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma. Let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cooled brown butter; mix well.
- Add the egg, heavy cream, and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Press half of the dough into the prepared pan.
