Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear to remove excess starch. Cook with water according to package instructions.
  2. Transfer hot rice to a mixing bowl and combine with warm rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until well mixed.
