Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear to remove excess starch. Cook with water according to package instructions.
- Transfer hot rice to a mixing bowl and combine with warm rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until well mixed.
- Slice cucumber into thin rounds and dice avocado into bite-sized pieces.
