Ingredients
- 5 strips of thinly sliced turkey
- 8 oz farfalle pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (halved)

- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove (grated)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange turkey slices on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- Cook farfalle pasta in boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cool water.
