  • 1 lb beef sirloin or ribeye, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 10 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, optional

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve one cup of pasta water.
