  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped turkey slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Italian dressing, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Add cooled macaroni to the dressing and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Stir in cherry tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, and parsley until well mixed.
  5. If using turkey, fold it gently into the salad.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and give it one final mix.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
