  4. Arrange apple quarters cut side up in the caramel and cook on low heat for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Drape puff pastry over the apples, tucking in edges.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before inverting onto a plate. Serve warm with optional toppings.
