  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1½ cups superfine almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped cooked turkey bacon
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 (1 oz) package ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese and mozzarella cheese; microwave on HIGH for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
  3. Mix in baking powder, eggs, ranch dressing mix, and almond flour until well combined.
  4. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and turkey bacon.
  5. Spray a 10-inch iron skillet with cooking spray; divide the dough into 11 or 12 balls and place them evenly in the skillet. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
