- 8 oz linguine
- 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning (or to taste)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
- Season the steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear in a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil and butter for 3-4 minutes on each side.
