Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken breast seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown.
- Stir in minced garlic and diced onion until fragrant.
- Lower heat; add heavy cream and melted cream cheese to the skillet. Mix in grated Parmesan until smooth.
- Combine drained pasta with the sauce and adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed. Finish with lemon zest.
