Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 6 strips of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • smoked paprika, salt, black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble; set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion for about 3-4 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Add cubed chicken to the skillet; season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and stir in sour cream, cream cheese, and Dijon mustard. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until warmed through.
  5. Stir in crumbled turkey bacon before serving.
