Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble; set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion for about 3-4 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add cubed chicken to the skillet; season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Pour in the chicken broth and stir in sour cream, cream cheese, and Dijon mustard. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until warmed through.
- Stir in crumbled turkey bacon before serving.
