  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a shallow bowl.
