- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried dill
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas in a strainer.
- Pat the chickpeas dry using a kitchen towel and air dry for optimal crispiness.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Spread the chickpeas evenly on the baking sheet.
