  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas in a strainer.
  3. Pat the chickpeas dry using a kitchen towel and air dry for optimal crispiness.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  5. Spread the chickpeas evenly on the baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 20-30 minutes until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes.
  7. While roasting, prepare spice mixes in separate bowls.
  8. Toss hot chickpeas in olive oil and coat with spice mixes.
  9. For sweet flavor, drizzle maple syrup over the chickpeas and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
