  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 2 (10.5 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of celery soup
  • 12 oz frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder (divided)
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder (divided)
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper (divided)
  • 1 (16.3 oz) can homestyle biscuits (or homemade drop biscuits)

Instructions

  1. 1. Spray the crockpot liner with non-stick spray, then place the chicken breasts at the bottom.
  2. 2. Season the chicken with 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Pour both cans of cream of chicken soup and one can of cream of celery soup over the chicken.
  4. 4. Layer the frozen mixed vegetables evenly on top, sprinkling with the remaining spices.
  5. 5. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 to 6 hours until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
