Ingredients
- 1.5 – 2 lbs fresh green beans (trimmed and cut into 2–3" pieces)
- 1.5 lbs small potatoes (halved)
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 1 lb smoked turkey sausage (sliced into rounds)
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (divided)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Place halved potatoes in a large crock pot and season with pepper and half the Cajun seasoning.
- Top the potatoes with the stick of butter.
- Layer trimmed green beans and diced onion over the potatoes, then sprinkle with remaining Cajun seasoning.
- Add sliced smoked turkey sausage on top.
