  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for searing

Instructions

  4. Make gravy: In the same skillet, sauté remaining onions and mushrooms until soft. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; scrape any bits from the pan.
  5. Thicken sauce: Simmer for about 10 minutes until reduced; add cornstarch mixed with water if needed.
  6. Combine: Return patties to the skillet; simmer for an additional 5 minutes in the gravy.
