  • 1/2 cup dill pickle juice
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (diced)
  • 1 cup sliced dill pickles
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons white onion (finely chopped)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with half of the dill pickle juice and let sit for 5 minutes before draining excess liquid.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, remaining dill pickle juice, Sriracha, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. In a large serving bowl, combine the pasta with diced cheese, sliced pickles, chopped dill, and onion.
  5. Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Refrigerate for 4–6 hours before serving to enhance flavor.
