Ingredients
- 8 ounces elbow pasta
- 1/2 cup dill pickle juice
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (diced)
- 1 cup sliced dill pickles
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons white onion (finely chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with half of the dill pickle juice and let sit for 5 minutes before draining excess liquid.
- In another bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, remaining dill pickle juice, Sriracha, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In a large serving bowl, combine the pasta with diced cheese, sliced pickles, chopped dill, and onion.
- Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for 4–6 hours before serving to enhance flavor.
