- ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch square or round baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the egg, vanilla extract, milk, and vegetable oil; mix until combined. Gradually stir in hot coffee until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
