  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  3. Stir in chopped onion and cook for another 2–3 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Mix in pineapple chunks, soy sauce, honey, black pepper, and ground ginger; stir well to coat the chicken.
  5. Lower the heat and let simmer for about 5–7 minutes to thicken the sauce slightly.
