 - 1 cup organic cane sugar
 - 1/2 cup organic brown sugar
 - 3 Tbsps cornstarch + 6 Tbsps WARM water
 - 1 1/2 tsps My Dessert Lover Blend
 - 1/2 tsp sea salt
 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter
 - 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
 - 1 tsp freshly-squeezed lemon juice
 - 1 1/2 cups organic all-purpose flour
 - 2 Tbsps organic cane sugar
 - Pinch of ground cinnamon, optional
 - 1/2 tsp sea salt
 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, COLD + cubed
 - 1/4–1/3 cup COLD Almond milk
 - 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
 - 1 large egg, beaten
 - 1 Tbsp Almond milk, unsweetened
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
 - In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add cold almond milk and lemon juice; mix until just combined.
 - In another bowl, mix drained peach slices with sugars, cornstarch mixed with warm water, melted butter, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until well combined.
 - Pour the peach mixture into the prepared dish and dollop the batter on top without spreading it completely.
