Ingredients
- 15 raw almonds
- 1 box of fudge-flavored vegan marshmallow cookies (commonly known as pinwheels)
- 15 wafer rolls
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Boil water in a small pot and add raw almonds. Boil for one minute, then drain and cool. Slip off the almond skins.
- Fit wafer rolls, chocolate side down, into the holes of the cookies to create the candle base.
- In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar with water gradually to achieve a thick glaze.
- Use the glaze to attach the wafer rolls and drizzle some on top.
- Place blanched almonds pointy side up on each roll to resemble flames.
- Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
