Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet (150-180g)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- 1 lemon wedge (for serving)
- 1 cup cooked white rice
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and keep warm.
- Pat the salmon fillet dry, then season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until fully cooked through.
