Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry and coat them with olive oil.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.

  7. Sprinkle half of the parmesan cheese over the chicken and cook for an additional 2 minutes; repeat with remaining cheese.
