- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry and coat them with olive oil.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
