- 24 lasagna noodles
- 6 cups marinara sauce
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups spinach, chopped
- 4 cups ricotta cheese
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Black olives (for decoration)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese and chopped spinach; season with salt and pepper.
- In a baking dish, spread marinara sauce on the bottom, add layers of noodles, ricotta-spinach mixture, shredded chicken, more marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
- Cut mozzarella into ghost shapes and place on top; add olive slices for eyes.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly.
