- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese (or dairy-free cheese)
- Gluten-free pizza or spaghetti sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in garlic powder, basil, and oregano.
- Add Bisquick mix, water, and olive oil; blend until smooth.
- Grease a muffin pan and fill each cup about 3/4 full with batter.

- Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
