  • 8 oz linguine
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Add the remaining butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, and juice. Simmer for about 2 minutes.
  5. In a separate saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter on low heat. Stir in heavy cream and garlic powder; gradually add Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. Combine cooked linguine with the sauce and mix well before plating with the garlic butter chicken on top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
