Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss sweet potato wedges in olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
 - Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
 - In a bowl, mix diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, fresh herbs, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the salsa.
 - For the herbed yogurt dip, combine Greek yogurt with minced garlic, fresh herbs (dill or parsley), lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
 - Assemble by layering sweet potato wedges with sliced grilled chicken in bowls. Top with avocado salsa and herbed yogurt dip.
