- 2 chicken breasts
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 - Salt & pepper to taste
 - 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into fries
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 1/2 tsp paprika
 - 1/4 tsp chili powder (optional)
 - Salt to taste
 - 1 ripe avocado
 - 1 tbsp lime juice
 - 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
 - Salt to taste
 - 1/2 avocado, diced
 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
 - 1 tbsp lime juice
 - Fresh cilantro, optional
 - Pinch of salt
 
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by seasoning it with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-fry for about 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. Allow to rest before slicing.
 - Toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, chili powder (if desired), and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
