  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, divided
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 12 oz Broccoli Florets, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 C Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 23 Tbsp Sriracha, to spice preference
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Green Onion

Instructions

  1. Heat 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli florets and let them cook untouched for 1-2 minutes until browned. Stir and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until bright green. Transfer to a plate.
  2. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and ground chicken. Brown both sides before breaking it apart with a spatula until fully cooked.
  3. Mix sweet chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, and sriracha in a bowl. Pour this sauce over the cooked chicken and simmer until thickened.
  4. Return the roasted broccoli to the skillet and combine all ingredients well. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
