- 1 pound ground beef

- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced celery

- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup uncooked ditalini pasta
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Remove from pot.
- In the same pot, add onion, carrots, and celery; season with salt and pepper. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, and tomato paste; cook until fragrant.
- Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beans, chicken stock, uncooked pasta, and the cooked beef back into the pot. Stir well.
- Bring to a simmer; reduce heat to medium-low and cook for about 5 minutes or until pasta is tender but al dente.
