- ¼ cup Rice vinegar

- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Sweetener (such as sugar)
- 1 tsp Pepper
- Optional: Sesame seeds for topping

- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sweetener, grated ginger, minced garlic, finely chopped green onions, and apple. Mix well.
