  • 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 23 tbsp key lime juice
  • 1 tsp key lime zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. Cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine milk, key lime juice, zest, and vanilla extract in another container.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture alternately with the milk mixture until just combined.
