- 1 tsp. corn starch
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup cold, unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cake flour, corn starch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
