  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 large Onion, diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 (15-ounce) can Diced Tomatoes, with juice
  • 1 (15-ounce) can Tomato Sauce
  • ⅓ cup Tomato Paste
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 12 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounces Bowtie Pasta, uncooked
  • ½ cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, shaved, shredded, or freshly grated
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large soup pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic; sauté until beef is browned.
  2. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add uncooked bowtie pasta; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until pasta is tender.
  4. Adjust soup consistency with water or broth as needed.
  5. Stir in ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
