Ingredients
- 12 mini peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion (grated)
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a baking sheet with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt, black pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, ground cumin, grated onion (including juice), and egg white. Mix well.
