  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened ketchup (or sugar-free ketchup)
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Optional garnish: sliced pickles, diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until combined.
  4. Layer the cooked beef mixture in the baking dish followed by crumbled turkey bacon. Pour the egg mixture over it and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
