- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 15 oz miniature vegan marshmallows
- 6 cups Lucky Charms cereal
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 4 drops green food coloring
Instructions
- Grease a non-stick 9×13 pan with 1 tablespoon of butter. Melt the remaining butter in a large microwave-safe bowl.
- Add vegan marshmallows to the melted butter and heat in increments until completely melted, stirring between intervals.
- Mix in the Lucky Charms cereal until well coated. Press the mixture into the greased pan evenly using wet hands.
- Chill for at least one hour until set and cut into squares.
- Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave and mix in green food coloring.
- Dip each square’s bottom into the green chocolate coating and place on wax paper to cool.
