  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs: Place in a pot of water, bring to a boil over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, then cool in ice water, peel, and halve.
  2. Prepare vegetables: Cut cucumber into sticks and halve cherry tomatoes.
  3. Assemble the plate: Position egg halves on a serving plate, surround with cucumber sticks and halved tomatoes, and sprinkle green olives on top.
  4. Season & serve: Add cream cheese or labneh dollops and sprinkle salt and pepper. Enjoy fresh!
