Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each mound into thin circles while leaving space between them.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
