- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each mound into thin circles while leaving space between them.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
