  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
  • 1 (12 oz) package orange candy melts
  • 9 large vegan marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8-inch square pan.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined. Fold in dry ingredients and chocolate chunks.
  3. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
  4. Melt orange candy melts as instructed on the package. Dip vegan marshmallows into the melted candy and place them on each brownie.
  5. Add a chocolate chip on top of each marshmallow for decoration and let set before piping faces with melted chocolate.
