- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion (diced)

- 1 cup long grain white rice
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- kosher salt (to taste)
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth
- Optional: finely chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
