Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- 2. Toss chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat; sear chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan.
- 4. Melt butter in the same skillet; add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
