  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Toss chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat; sear chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan.
  4. 4. Melt butter in the same skillet; add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  5. 5. Pour in heavy cream and milk; heat through for 2-3 minutes before stirring in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted.
